Information you provide
When you submit a form, email us, call us or send a text message, we may receive your name, business name, business location, email address, phone number, service priorities, project details and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Our website may receive basic technical and visit information, including the page used to reach us, referring page, campaign tags, browser storage choices and a one-way hash derived from an IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. If you accept analytics, we may also collect page views and interaction events through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and any enabled advertising tag.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, recommend services, prepare project proposals, deliver agreed work and improve our customer experience.
Forms and service providers
Confirmed website and consultation requests are stored in our protected lead database. Our hosting and database provider processes information needed to operate the site. Our email provider may send HTP a lead notification and send the customer a request confirmation. When a customer separately requests a confirmation text, our messaging provider processes the mobile number and transactional message. If enabled with consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may process website activity, and Meta may process advertising activity.
Cookies and analytics choices
Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choice and supports core website functions. Optional analytics and advertising tags are denied by default and activate only if you select “Allow analytics.” You can reopen Privacy settings from the website and change your choice.
Lead records and retention
Lead records may include a request ID, submission time, source page, referring page, campaign tags, selected package and consent record. We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, project administration, fraud prevention, legal obligations and business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the website, store inquiries, deliver notifications, measure consented activity or complete an approved project. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer.
Text and email communication
If you request a website and agree to SMS confirmation, HTP may send one automated transactional text confirming receipt, followed by personal communication about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Consent to confirmation texts is requested separately on the form.
Data choices
You may ask what contact information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs. We may ask you to verify control of the email address or phone number connected to the record before completing the request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect inquiry information. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's privacy
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information through the site.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
