Quotes and project scope
The $149 Starter, $199 Growth and $499 Pro website prices shown on this site are current startup package prices, not coupon codes. Final deliverables, timing, payment schedule, ownership, revisions and outside fees are confirmed in a written agreement before paid work begins. Requests outside that scope require an additional quote.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
This website does not currently take payment. Deposits, remaining balances, cancellation terms, refunds and nonrefundable outside costs will be stated in the written agreement or invoice for the project. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
Promotions and availability
HTP does not use automatic countdowns or hidden coupon terms. If a future offer has a start date, end date, eligibility rule or limited quantity, those details will be shown with the offer. Current package pricing may change for future requests but will not change an already accepted written agreement.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and confirming they have permission to use any logos, photos, music, copy or other materials supplied for a project.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the HTP name, website design, original copy and original site materials are owned by High Traffic Promotions or used with permission. You may view and share links to this website, but you may not reproduce or commercially reuse its original content without permission. Ownership and licenses for client project deliverables are determined by the applicable written agreement.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email delivery, SMS messaging, booking tools, ordering platforms, analytics and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms. High Traffic Promotions does not control the availability or policies of those providers.
Results
We work in good faith to improve visibility and customer action, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales, traffic, leads or revenue.
